Ten years of websites. Now we build what runs them.

Creobot listens to what visitors ask. Creogen turns those signals into work on the page.

Visitor questions changing one block on a page Three visitor questions arrive from the left and meet a single intake point on the edge of a website. From there a line runs to one block inside the page, and that block is marked as changed. Two more page outlines sit behind, because a site is many pages. VISITOR QUESTIONS

The shift

Webflow helped us build better websites, faster.

Then we started building tools for the people building those websites. Now we are building the layer that helps websites improve after launch.

  1. 01

    We built the websites

Six years of Webflow delivery for B2B SaaS teams, startups and agencies, a good share of it white labelled. Building the site was never the hard part. Keeping it right afterwards was.

  2. 02

    Then we built the tools

Four apps, each one shipped because a job that should take five minutes was taking two hours. They were not a product strategy. They were us getting tired of the same afternoon.

  3. 03

Now we build the layer above

Webflow still has its place and we still ship for it. What is missing sits above the platform. A site that listens to the people using it, and improves because of what it hears.

The system

One loop, running continuously.

Most tooling stops at analytics. Here is a number, good luck. The distance between noticing something and changing something is where the actual work is, and that is the distance these two products close.

The Creoglyph operating loop A visitor asks a question. Creobot answers it and keeps a record. Where Creobot and Creogen overlap, the question becomes a typed signal: a content gap, buying intent, or an objection. Creogen turns that signal into work on a named page. The page changes, and the result is measured against the next round of visitor questions, which returns the loop to the start. MEASURED A visitor asks something Creobot answers, and keeps the question Creogen turns it into work on a named page SIGNAL gap, intent, objection The page changes
The full loop. Each step lights the part of the system doing the work.
  1. A visitor asks something the page never answered

Not a search query typed into Google. A sentence, in their own words, at the moment they got stuck. That is the highest quality signal a website produces, and on most sites it lands nowhere.

  2. Creobot answers it, and keeps it

The visitor gets an answer from your own material. If the answer was not in your material, that is the more useful outcome. The gap goes on record instead of walking out of the door.

  3. The question becomes a typed signal

A missing answer, a pricing objection, a comparison against a competitor. Fifty versions of the same question stop being fifty conversations and become one thing to fix.

  4. Creogen turns it into an operation

A section to write, a CMS field to fill, a page to build. Scoped to a specific URL with the evidence attached, so nobody starts from a blank page and a hunch.

  5. The page changes, and it gets measured

Then you watch whether that question stops being asked. A site that answers more of what people arrive wanting to know is the only definition of improvement we care about.

Creogen

The website intelligence and operations platform.

Everything a marketing site needs done to it after launch, in one place, instead of six tools and a spreadsheet tracking the other six. In private development, opening first to agency partners.

  • Visual building

Compose and change pages on a canvas, with the site's own components, so the person who knows the message can ship the section.

    CanvasComponents
  • CMS operations

Collections, structured fields, bulk edits and backfills. The work that scales badly by hand and is first to be skipped.

    Bulk editBackfill
  • Continuous audit

Findings tied to a URL and grouped by type, with the fix opening beside the finding instead of arriving as a report nobody opens.

    Per URLTriage
  • Search visibility

Titles, structure, internal links and schema, checked against the page itself rather than against a generic checklist.

    SEO
  • Answer engines

Direct answers in plain sentences, visible questions, and claims specific enough that an assistant can quote them correctly.

    AEO
  • Generated answers

Being present and correctly represented inside generated results, not only inside a list of blue links.

    GEO
  • Pages from data

Templates driven by a collection, where each page answers something specific and thin duplicates are caught before they publish.

    pSEO
  • Accessibility

Contrast, heading order, labels, alt text and focus paths, re-checked on every change rather than once before a procurement review.

    WCAGPer change
  • Performance

Core Web Vitals tracked per template, so you find the template dragging forty URLs down instead of chasing one slow post.

Creobot

The conversation engine.

A site assistant is usually deployed to deflect support tickets. That is the least interesting thing it can do. It is the only part of your website that hears a full sentence from a stranger. If we only shipped the chat part, we would not have bothered.

Visitor questions sorted into three signal types Five visitor questions arrive on the left. Creobot answers each one and sorts it into one of three types: a content gap, buying intent, or an objection. All three types then feed forward to Creogen as work. Creobot answers, then sorts Content gap an answer the site never gave Buying intent a visitor close to a decision Objection the reason they hesitate TO CREOGEN
Every question is answered, then sorted, so a conversation becomes something you can act on.
Visitor questions
Real sentences from real strangers, captured at the moment they got stuck.
Training data
Your pages, docs, help articles and the answers your sales team already writes by hand.
Lead capture
The email request arrives when the visitor wants something back, not before.
Qualification
The conversation already shows who is evaluating and who is browsing. Use that instead of a form.
Conversation insights
Questions grouped by theme, ranked by how often they recur and how badly they were answered.
Feedback into Creogen
Each grouped signal becomes a scoped piece of work on a named page. That is the part that makes it worth having.

Where it started

Four apps, built because we needed them.

Still live, still supported. Each one removes a job a person should not have to do fifty times. Once you have built four of those, the larger version of the problem is hard to miss.

  1. Live01 / 04

    HTMLtoflow

Paste markup, get real Webflow elements.

Hand it HTML and CSS and it builds the equivalent structure on canvas with classes attached, instead of you rebuilding a component div by div.

    Open HTMLtoflow

    MARKUP ELEMENTS
  2. Live02 / 04

    Attriflow

    Custom attributes, handled in bulk.

Read, set and audit custom attributes across a whole selection instead of opening the settings panel one element at a time.

    Open Attriflow

    ONE BY ONE IN BULK
  3. Live03 / 04

    Assetflow

Asset operations, including AI alt text.

Works on the asset manager rather than one image at a time. Alt text generation runs on a credit balance topped up from inside the app.

    ASSETS WITH ALT TEXT
  4. Limited access04 / 04

    AI CMS Helper Text

Helper text for CMS fields, written for you.

Generates helper text for CMS fields so the person filling in the collection knows what the field is for. Access is granted per account.

Partners

Agencies first. Not a signup button.

Creogen and Creobot are not open for broad self serve, and will not be for a while. They open to a small number of agency partners who can bring website operations to their own clients. The products stay owned and branded by Creoglyph. What you build around them is yours.

This suits you if

  • You look after more than a handful of client sites
  • You already sell retainers or ongoing optimisation
  • You want to offer website operations without hiring for it
  • You will tell us what is broken, including the unflattering parts

It does not suit you if

  • You need something dependable in production this quarter
  • You want to resell it under your own brand
  • You are looking for a single project build
